This exhibition is about being present in simple moments — brewing tea, washing dishes, drawing, walking, or practicing yoga. These activities help me stay focused on the now, without getting lost in the past or future. In creating this work, I focused more on the process than the outcome. Normally a digital artist, I stepped away from the screen to work with my hands — sewing, printmaking, and painting. This shift allowed me to reconnect with my senses and let the art unfold naturally. I embraced feelings of fear, doubt, and frustration during the process, learning to observe them without judgment and let the art lead me. Accepting the work is the start, but accepting myself is the truly meaningful journey.
